It also provides a framework we use to continually improve our processes. The principles of the accreditation help us offer IT, telecoms and software services that add value to our customers’ businesses. It also aligns to our approach of keeping people at the centre of everything we do.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 focuses on how we manage information security. The certification is the only auditable international standard of its kind. It defines the policies, procedures, processes and systems that manage information risks, including cyber attacks, hacks, data leaks and theft. The ISO 27001 certification shows we understand best practice information security processes and can put them into place. The certification is forward-thinking and takes a holistic approach, incorporating people and processes into best practice as well as technology. It is also known as ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Cyber Essentials is increasingly becoming a requirement for every business. Certification demonstrates your company actively reduces the risks of cyber hacking, therefore protecting your customers’ information and potentially sensitive data We are accredited to guide you through Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. Our cyber security packages are designed to pinpoint vulnerabilities within your business infrastructure and monitor potential future cyber threats on your organisation. It includes: Cyber Essentials; Cyber Essentials Plus; Windows 10 Feature Update Management; Network changes; and Phishing assessments.

Audited procurement supplier

Seriun is an approved supplier on the UK government’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS) procurement platform. We can provide managed IT services and contracted services to the public sector through this platform, including government departments, local authorities and non-profit organisations. CCS is the UK’s biggest public procurement organisation, a government-led service for the public and third sectors.
