How does the switch work?

We bring you on board according to a structured framework. This ensures we don’t miss anything and gives you the reassurance that your switch to Seriun is progressing in a controlled way.

There are four key stages to switching you over. We can talk you through the details beforehand, but they are loosely:

  1. Admin and preparation – including contracts and technical tasks that pave the way for a smooth transition
  2. Onbarding day – scheduled time when our engineers secure and make your system and hardware accessible, conduct checks and other actions
  3. Post-onboarding technical – engineers complete the technical necessities, like documentation and setup, back at our office
  4. Handover – our engineers submit completed documentation to customer support and we confirm the switch has been made

If, as a Microsoft Gold Partner, we’re supporting you with Office 365, an additional step takes place two weeks following onboarding, which relates to password and web security and accessibility.

 

Worried about disruption?

Our process is efficient with as little disruption to your business’ operations as possible. We work around you and help your teams continue working using alternative workstations. Apart from time we need to spend securing and updating their equipment, they will hardly notice we’re there.
