Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote Seriun’s products and services
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation
  • Use CRM systems to record sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Liaise with the marketing department to maximise best-practise lead generation techniques


Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager

  • Experience in IT/telecoms support is advantageous
