Seriun MSP, is proud to introduce its latest addition to the team, Jamie Streets. With a diverse background and a strong passion for IT, Jamie is set to bring a wealth of experience to Seriun’s service desk.
Originally from Chesterfield, Jamie now calls the town of Whitwell in north-east Derbyshire home. He resides with his recently married wife and two wonderful sons, Oliver (5) and Logan (2).
Jamie has worked his way through a rich educational journey that includes an impressive set of GCSEs and a decade long tenure as an automotive damage repair technician. He passed Level 1 Marketing and Technology which allowed him to progress onto the Level 3 apprenticeship course in Networking and Architecture which he passed along with Level 3 Business Processes. He has also attained a range of MTA fundamentals awards too.
Formerly from SY Pumps where Jamie worked as an IT technician, he now takes on the role of Service Desk Engineer at Seriun. He will be working closely with Seriun’s customers resolving any issue they have that may arise. He will also be an advocate for delivering service excellence.
Fun Fact: Jamie used to work in the automotive world for British television presenter ‘Mike Brewer’ from Wheeler Dealers.
Jamie commented “I am committed to achieving excellence at Seriun and becoming an integral member of the team. As part of my professional development plan, I intend to select a specialised field, allowing me to concentrate on acquiring the necessary qualifications to excel in that particular area of expertise.”
Paul Jameson added “Jamie has settled in well, he’s already proven his extensive knowledge of the tech industry, which will have a positive impact on the service desk and the rest of the team. We wish him well in his new role.”
