Sean Roche joins Seriun’s Service Desk as IT Engineer

Seriun are excited to introduce Sean Roche (service desk engineer) as the newest member of their team.

Sean has joined Seriun as a Service Desk IT Engineer, where he’ll be helping Seriun’s clients with their technical issues day to day.

Originally from Greater Manchester, Sean now lives in Lancashire with his mum, and older brother, who both support him in his desire to pursue a career in the tech industry.

Sean’s journey into IT kicked off when he took a level 3 diploma in networking and systems support. Following this, he embarked on an infrastructure technician level 3 apprenticeship at Bandicoot, where he covered every angle from sales to projects. Sean developed a strong passion for technology, which has fuelled his interest to learn more within the industry.

As a natural progression, Sean decided to take the next step in his career and joined Seriun’s esteemed service desk as an IT engineer. Sean complements the team delivering service excellence with the support he provides customers. At Seriun Sean has many opportunities to upskill and grow within the company.

Looking ahead, Sean’s keen to learn more about networking and cyber security. He’s working towards various Microsoft Certifications and then would like to progress on to higher-level certifications with CompTIA to further his development.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys playing video games, reading and learning different subjects like engineering and history. Sean enjoys travelling and among his favourite places so far are Iceland and New York.

Seriun’s Service Desk Manager, Paul Jameson commented “We’re happy Sean has joined our team. He’s passionate about helping people with technology, and he’s already made a great start”.
