Nick Naughton joins Seriun’s busy Service Desk

From online gaming to IT service delivery, Nick Naughton joins the Seriun team as Service Desk Engineer bringing with him a passion for tech and a drive for success.

From Blackburn, Lancashire, Nick’s passion for IT began at home where he learned to build his own PCs that he customised for online gaming. His passion for IT and tech grew and he decided to pursue a career in the field. Before joining Seriun he previously worked as Senior Service Desk Analyst at DXC Technology, which has given him the wealth of IT support experience that he brings with him to his new role.

As part of his career development at Seriun, Nick has plans to work towards obtaining industry standard qualifications and certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and CCNA.

Nick commented: “I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and contributing to Seriun’s mission delivering excellent service to customers through tailored IT solutions.”
