We’re pleased to welcome Taylor Ward to the Seriun team as a Service Desk Engineer.

Originally from Bury and now living in Helmshore, Taylor joins us with a strong interest in IT that started with the hardware side of PCs and has since grown into a broader passion for solving technical problems and helping others.
Before joining Seriun, Taylor worked in customer service, where he built valuable experience supporting people and resolving issues. That customer-first mindset is a great fit for his role here.
As a 1st Line Engineer, Taylor’s day-to-day work involves setting up user accounts and preparing laptops, helping to make sure new starters and existing users can get up and running without issues.
Taylor holds a BTEC in ICT and Media, along with an A Level in Design Technology, and is keen to continue developing his skills as he progresses in his IT career.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Taylor out on a drive or heading out for food. If the weather is not great, he’s likely to be on his PC. His favourite food is a smash burger, and one of his favourite places he has visited is New York City, a place he would happily return to more than once.
When asked about joining Seriun, Taylor said:
“I’m very happy to be starting my role at Seriun. It’s an exciting next step for me, and I’m looking forward to learning from everyone and contributing where I can.”
