Seriun Welcomes Service Desk Engineer, Adam Marchese

We are pleased to welcome Adam Marchese to the Seriun team as our newest Service Desk Engineer.

Adam joins us from a building supplies merchant where he was the sole IT contact. In that role, he gained hands-on experience across a wide range of systems and built a strong technical foundation supporting day-to-day business operations. This practical background gives him a solid understanding of the challenges our customers face.

His route into IT started as a hobby, with a long-standing interest in technology leading him to pursue an Infrastructure Technician Level 2 Apprenticeship. From there, he has continued to develop his skills through real-world experience and is keen to keep progressing.

At Seriun, Adam is part of the Service Desk team, working directly with customers to resolve issues and keep systems running smoothly. He plays a key role in delivering responsive, reliable support and ensuring customers get the help they need when they need it.

Looking ahead, Adam is focused on building his skill set and gaining deeper experience across different areas of IT. In the longer term, he is aiming to specialise in a particular area as his career develops.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys videogames, reading, listening to music and working on his homelab, often learning by fixing problems he has created along the way.
